Returns & Exchanges

At Server Part Deals, we offer a 30-day return window for most enterprise hardware to ensure your data center remains operational and efficient. All returned items must be in their original condition and include all original packaging and anti-static materials.

Return Process

  Initiate an RMA

  Log into your account or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the hardware in its original anti-static bag and use professional-grade foam or bubble wrap to prevent electrostatic discharge or physical damage during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping the Return

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package to our designated returns facility using a tracked shipping method.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the serial numbers and hardware integrity, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
